Parent stock for 1S-1035 was specially selected to meet the demands of alfalfa growers in the areas where a 3-fall dormancy is suitable. It was selected for yield and persistence and especially well suited to areas where root diseases like Bacterial wilt, Fusarium wilt, and Phytophthora root rot threaten yield production and reduce stand life.
